Taking a detour
A path, not the most direct, not the fastest, not forced.
But moving like water finding its way through the shape of our bones, led by the pull of our tissues.
Or taking a detour, like climbing another hill to enjoy the view from there, or taking another turn, following our curiosity and our senses, opening up new fields that offer a different perspective, another understanding of the landscape we are in.
In this one-day excursion we would like to explore with you spiraling pathways of tissues in our bodies. To which movements will it lead me, where can I feel the pull of my structure, which tension do I need to connect within my body? Can I be soft and listen? Can I feel my partners tissues, their subtle movements...? Constantly detouring together and by myself.
