We entrust this vault with the feelings, memories, traces and artifacts we’ve collected. It holds the essence of the playfulness, the curiosity, the carefreeness of the past. The carving we left on a park bench, the games we enjoyed as children, our family photo album. Yet, within this vault, we also preserve our grief, the sorrow, the uncertainty. The vault becomes a sanctuary for these experiences, embracing them and allowing us to revisit, reconnect and reinterpret them. As images blur, we yearn to recapture the emotions they evoked within us – what happens to imagery when its meaning fades away?
