Radical Bookfair Hamburg

The Radical Bookfair Hamburg is a weekend full of presentations, film-screenings, workshops, talks, screen-printing, and stalls from radical publishers, zine-makers and organisations from all over Europe and beyond.

As part of the Radical Bookfair weekend, on Saturday 11.06. we present LATWAL, a new Band from Paris that describe their sound as Revolt Electro Dub, is two french Punk Rock Veterans that have played in Bands such as Bérurier Noir, La Kochise and Cartouche. Their have strictly political lyrics and include re-intonations of songs from Brassens or Jewish resistance Song "Shtil di Nakht“ (dealing with the Ghetto uprising of Vilnius during WWII) into their set. So far they have released two singles and are working on an Album. This is going to be one of their first gigs in Germany.

The money raised from entrance at the Fabrique will go towards travel- and other expenses of the Bookfair, so please donate!
